The train predator’s nightmare: Why vile sex beast Abdulmanon Aliev faces a living hell behind bars

The sentencing of a 50-year-old predator who subjected a defenseless 13-year-old girl to a horrific sexual assault on a train has not only brought justice to the victim but has also sealed the monster’s own dark fate within the prison system. Abdulmanon Aliev, a Tajikistan national living in South London, was slapped with a massive 12-year prison sentence, plus a two-year extended licence period, at the Inner London Crown Court. While the public celebrates his long removal from society, prison insiders warn that Aliev is about to enter an absolute, living nightmare behind bars.

In the brutal and uncompromising hierarchy of the criminal underworld, there is an unwritten law that even the most violent convicts live by: anyone who harms, abuses, or targets a child is placed at the absolute bottom of the food chain. Aliev, who was found guilty of attempted rape, assault by penetration, and multiple counts of sexual assault, is now officially labeled with the most despised status in the prison yard. Fellow inmates, many of whom are fathers themselves, view child predators with intense disgust, and new arrivals with such high-profile, sickening offenses are routinely marked for severe vigilante justice.

The chilling attack took place in June 2025, when a young girl was traveling on a train from Southend to London. Jurors heard how Aliev single-out the vulnerable child, sat opposite her, and creepily attempted to use a translator app on his phone to speak to her. In a desperate bid to escape, the brave victim moved to another seat. However, the relentless predator followed her, trapping her by the window before forcing himself upon her in a prolonged, abhorrent sexual assault that lasted until the train arrived at London Fenchurch Street station.

Though deeply distressed, the brave victim managed to break free, board a return train, and immediately report the horror to members of the public. British Transport Police (BTP) detectives launched a massive manhunt, trawling through hours of CCTV footage until plain-clothes officers spotted and arrested Aliev in Peckham.

While the official justice system has run its course, legal experts and former inmates warn that the court of the prison yard is ready to pass its own brutal verdict. Experienced jail guards know all too well that child attackers face constant psychological torture, extortion, and targeted physical violence from other convicts. To keep him alive, prison authorities will likely have to place Aliev under strict protective custody or isolate him in a vulnerable prisoners’ wing. Yet, even under maximum security, prison walls have ears, and “accidents” in the showers or during exercise hours are a constant, terrifying reality.

BTP Detective Constable Elizabeth Cahill branded Aliev a “despicable sexual predator” who committed one of the most abhorrent assaults she had ever investigated, praising the victim’s immense bravery. Aside from his 12-year sentence, Aliev has also been placed on the sex offenders register for life. He may have escaped the public on that train station platform, but inside the concrete walls of a British prison, there is nowhere left for this vile monster to hide from the wrath of his fellow cellmates.
