A GLAM wannabe Donald Trump press secretary has admitted assaulting a woman after a family were allegedly racially abused in London.
Melissa Rein Lively was charged with assault by beating following the alleged attack outside Bond Street station.
The US national, 40, has since accepted a conditional caution and the charge against her was withdrawn.
Her partner Philipp Ostermann appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today where he denied two counts of racially aggravated public order and a further public order offence.
Prosecutor Lyndon Harris told the court: “Ms Lively has accepted a conditional caution in response to the allegation against her.
“That involved an admission to the conduct alleged against her and acknowledgement it amounts to an offence, and she has agreed to pay £910 in compensation.”
The court heard Lively has not yet paid the compensation, which is due for payment in July.
Describing the alleged incident, prosecutors said two sisters were walking towards the station and one of them had her two children with her – including one in a pushchair.
The pair noticed Ostermann, 37, and Lively ahead, who appeared to be kissing and “intoxicated”, the court heard.
Lively then appeared to stumble into the pram as the sister holding it pushed back.
It is alleged Ostermann then racially abused the pair, saying: “You bloody Indians, watch where you’re going, you shouldn’t be here.”
Ostermann then went to kiss Rein Lively again, the court was told.
“The sister said words to the effect of ‘She fell over my sister’s pushchair, we are not even Indian, stop being racist’,” Mr Harris continued.
Lively then pulled the hair of one of the sisters, grabbing it and tugging it in a forceful manner, the court heard.
The sister grabbed her hair back to get her to let go, prosecutors said.
Ostermann was freed on unconditional bail and told to return to City of London Magistrates’ Court on November 17 to face trial.
British Transport Police said the alleged attack took place on October 11 last year at around 7.30pm.
It previously confirmed the suspects wanted in connection with the alleged racist assault were understood to live abroad.
Arizona-based influencer Lively went viral online in 2020 after filming herself destroying a rack of face masks in a supermarket while boasting about her Rolex watch.
She told US site Politico in 2024 she wanted to be President Trump’s press secretary, claiming to be “a hair away” from the White House.
Lively, who did not get the job, added: “I do think I’m going to get it.
“My sphere of influence goes far beyond people who are paper pushers on the Trump campaign.
“I work with billionaires. My clients are – I can’t even name who I work with. They own half of Palm Beach.”
She is the founder of an “anti-woke” PR firm called America First PR, according to her Instagram page.
