Prosecutors Allege Teen Suspects Recorded Fatal Assault On Louis As Family Calls For Maximum Penalty
The investigation into the death of 17-year-old Louis Henri has taken another troubling turn after new allegations presented during the ongoing criminal proceedings described the conduct of several suspects before and after the fatal assault.
