A candlelight vigil was held after a California father murdered his wife and teen daughter before turning the gun on himself in front of his other daughter in a horrific rampage.

The somber service was held in honor of Sienna Alfaro, 17, and her mother Roxana Rodriguez, 48, Saturday,ย ABC 7 reported.

Sienna was eulogized at the vigil by a teammate on the Beach Futbol Club, who described her as a โ€œray of sunshineโ€ and โ€œvery jolly person.โ€

โ€œHer smile would bright up the room, her energy was just out of this world, man like she would walk in, even though sheโ€™s a shy girl, when she would smile is like everybody knew that we just connected,โ€ she added,โ€ soccer teammate Hazel Ferman mourned.

Hector Lionel Alfaroย fatally shotย Rodriguez, 48 and Alfaro in their family home in Lakewood around 8 am Thursday, the Los Angeles County Sheriffโ€™s Office said.

Hisย wife and daughterย both suffered gunshot wounds to the upper torso, officials said.

Alfaro, 52, proceeded to train his handgun on his 19-year-old daughter who was awoken by the sound of gunshots ringing throughout her Los Angeles home.

The crazed father at shot his older daughterย several times, luckily missing, before turning the gun on himself and killing himself in front of her, officials said.

The 19-year-old was โ€œextremely distraughtโ€ but physically unharmed when she emerged from the home, Los Angeles Sheriffโ€™s Department Lt. Daniel Vizcarraย told reporters.

Two firearms were recovered at the scene.

A GoFundme was started to raise money for Alfaroโ€™s two surviving daughters, and has so far raised over $76,000.

โ€œOur hearts are broken as we share the tragic loss of a loving mother and her daughter, whose lives were taken by an act of unimaginable violence. This devastating loss has left behind their surviving children, who are now facing the world without the people who meant everything to them,โ€ the fundraiser stated.

The money is going towards funeral expenses, counseling and other โ€œimmediate needsโ€ of the surviving children, per the GoFundMe.
