The young college student vanished early on Christmas Eve morning, leaving her loved ones in agony and sparking a massive community-wide effort to bring her home.

Camila was last seen around 6:58 a.m. on December 24, 2025, outside her family home in the 11000 block of Caspian Spring in northwest Bexar County. Surveillance footage from a neighbor’s camera captured her near her vehicle, appearing to search for something inside before walking away on foot. She left behind her phone (powered off), her car, and nearly all her belongings – taking only her car keys and possibly her driver’s license. She was wearing a black and baby-blue hoodie, baby-blue pajama bottoms or shorts, and white shoes.

Her mother, Rosario Olmos, shared a bed with Camila that night and felt her get up early. Assuming it was for her usual morning walk, Rosario grew alarmed when Camila didn’t return. In a heart-wrenching moment reported moments ago, Rosario reportedly collapsed in tears upon receiving the latest update from investigators, highlighting the family’s unbearable pain as days turn into a nightmare.

Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar has classified Camila as in “imminent danger,” citing concerns over her mental health. She had recently experienced a mutual romantic breakup and was dealing with depression, including a history of suicidal ideation. “Problems seem a lot bigger when you’re at that age,” Salazar noted, emphasizing that help is available and nothing is beyond repair. Authorities stress there is no evidence of foul play, and those close to her are fully cooperating.

A CLEAR Alert was issued by Texas authorities, designating Camila as a possibly endangered missing adult. Hundreds of volunteers, family members, and friends have scoured the area on foot, setting up search stations at places like Wildhorse HOA Sports Park.
