He’s gone from luv to shove.
The Prada-obsessed, wannabe foodie influencer arrested five times for dining and dashing at luxe eateries is now facing eviction from her posh apartment for not paying rent to her landlord — former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer.
“Here’s the thing that annoys me: I tried to get reservations at some of those restaurants and I couldn’t,” quipped Spitzer, who was dubbed the “Luv Gov” in 2007 after his prostitution scandal exploded. He declined further comment.

Loud noises and garbage strewn in the hall outside Pei Chung’s apartment have prompted complaints from neighbors, court papers showed.lu.pychung/instagram
Pei Chung, 34, is slated to get the boot from the $3,350-a-month Williamsburg pad Dec. 2, after falling behind on $40,000 in monthly rent, according to court papers.
It is in her well-appointed studio at 416 Kent Ave. where Chung often films herself in skimpy lingerie and pricey fashion from Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Dior and Burberry, and posts images online.
Showing Chung the door is “high on our priority list,” building manager Bob Jenny wrote to a neighbor who had complained earlier this year about the food-fixated fraud leaving garbage in the hallway and making too much noise.
“We are very aware of the situation and have a very active legal case against this Resident,” Jenny wrote, according to court documents. “NYPD has been here multiple times . . . with little long term improvement,”
“I have regularly heard loud arguments between residents on this floor, as well as sounds played at excessive volumes during various hours of the day and night,” the neighbor claimed, according to legal papers. “The sounds frequently vibrate through the doors and walls.”

Living near Chung’s apartment has come with “repeated outbursts, visible signs of conflict, and disorder in the hallway,” a neighbor claimed.
Another resident previously told The Post Chung yelled outside her own apartment door, and wrote his name in red lipstick on his door.
Police have been called to the building three times because of Chung — once in February and two consecutive days in July — but officials would not give details.
Chung’s lease expired in August 2024.
Jenny did not return calls for comment. Chung did not respond to a message.
Spitzer’s Williamsburg development — a trio of towers with a total of 857 apartments which sits on Kent Avenue, overlooking the Brooklyn waterfront between S 8th and S 9th Streets with show-stopping views of Manhattan — began leasing units in 2018, according to Curbed.
The project was recently valued at more than $650 million, according to a report.

Chung frequently posts social media of herself inside her $3,350 a month studio apartment in Williamsburg.lu.pychung/instagram
The former politician dove into his family’s real estate business, Spitzer Enterprises, in 2015, taking over the company after his father, developer Bernard Spitzer, died in 2014.
Chung posts dozens of photos and videos of herself to Instagram inside the 9th floor apartment. In one, she’s sitting on her knees wearing a black thong in front of the window overlooking the street.
In another, she’s posing in barely-there lingerie in the mirror.
She’s has been arrested in recent weeks for stiffing Michelin star restaurants like Francie and Peter Luger; has taunted cops on her social media posts, and as recently as Thursday looked down her nose at the eateries she’s visited and allegedly stolen from.

“I repeatedly requested my takeout order such as protein dishes: lamb shank. However, most of them didn’t nail the task,” she sniffed in the snooty post.
“It’s not personal, I’ve already encountered multple restaurants in my hood,” adding the businesses “cease to functionally deliver something that I am really satisfied with every detail.”
Chung has pled not guilty in at least one case.
