The remains of a 17-day-old girl were removed from the rubble of a burned-out Queens home Wednesday, after a massive Monday blaze, which also killed a 34-year-old woman and left a 22-year-old man seriously burned.

The body of the tragic tot — who has not been officially identified — was seen being carried in a tiny white bag outside the house on Dongan Avenue in East Elmhurst, where it took responders two days of searching to find the child’s body.

The NYPD was notified of the grim discovery Wednesday, but it was not immediately clear exactly when the infant was found.

The body was taken away in a van by the Medical Examiner’s Office, where the probe into the deaths is continuing.

The 4-alarm fire also claimed the life of victim Miguelina Alcantara, police said.  The relationship between the little girl and Alcantara was not immediately known.

The tot and the adult woman were among nine victims who were caught in the home when the raging fire erupted on the second floor around 6:45 p.m. Monday, according to sources.

Among those hurt was a 22-year-old man who suffered burns to 99% of his body, according to fire officials.

“He looked bad. The skin was melting off his face and the body,” neighbor Lucy Thinzar, 27, previously told The Post.

He was rushed to Harlem Hospital and is in severe, life-threatening condition, officials said.

The others, including a 10-year-old girl, were treated for minor burns and smoke inhalation but are expected to survive.

Heartbreaking photographs show the gutted four-story building, with most of its floors reduced to burnt rubble.

A 79-year-old neighbor told The Post Tuesday that the alleys surrounding the home were “full of junk.”

But by Wednesday, fire officials had not yet said what caused or accelerated the massive blaze.
