A photograph taken from her car and a message for help sent to her husband were the last known signs of Lidya Valdivia Juárez , a young woman nine months pregnant , whose disappearance in Puebla has family and authorities on edge.

On the night of January 17, Lidya Valdivia Juárez , 28, left Bosques de San Sebastián, Puebla, in a black 2016 Chevrolet Malibu with license plate UCR923B. Her destination was the municipality of Acajete .

However, during the journey, Lidya sent her husband a picture taken from inside the vehicle, showing a poorly lit section of road. In the center of the photograph is a motorcycle with two people traveling in the opposite direction, and a car approaching with its lights on.

Along with the photograph, Valdivia sent a voice message asking for help. After that contact, her phone stopped transmitting a signal.

The family informed the media that the young woman had an appointment for childbirth that day, as she was about to give birth.
