Michael Strahan‘s family is celebrating a momentous occasion, and naturally, he had something to say about it.

Along with being a Good Morning America co-host, Michael is also a proud dad to four children. On October 28, his youngest kids, twins Sophia and Isabella, marked their 21st birthday, and the TV star had to make sure people knew of the big moment. As Michael shared photos of him with Sophia and Isabella on Instagram, he let his followers know how much he’s enjoyed being part of his kids’ lives over the years. What’s more, he had to joke that his love for the twins expanded way more than just a heartfelt message on social media.

“Someone tell me how these two are 21?!?!” he wrote. “Where has time gone! Happy birthday @isabellastrahan and @sophialstrahan! Love you both more than an Instagram post can ever say! LOL ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

Shortly after Michael penned his rare note to his daughters, it didn’t long before Sophia voiced her own thoughts about his post.

“Love you dad!! ❤️❤️,” Sophia replied.

And if that’s not enough, Michael’s social media followers immediately bombarded the Strahan family to partake in the big birthday celebration as well.

“Happy and healthy birthday to your beautiful daughters,” one person wrote in the comments. “God bless you all!! Happy birthday, ladies!! ❤️🎂🎉🎈😍🎊🎁,” another cheered. “Gorgeous girls! Happy birthday beauties!!!!” a different follower added.

How sweet is this? We love to see how incredible Michael’s bond is with Sophia and Isabella, especially after the latter is a little over a year in remission from brain cancer (she famously documented her treatment for medulloblastoma throughout 2024). And if that’s not enough, Sophia and Isabella shared what they love most about one another as part of Deborah Roberts’ new book Sisters Loved and Treasured: Stories of Unbreakable Bonds.

“My sister is resilient and smart. Having a sister is sharing every thought with someone with out judgment,” Isabella stated, per People. “A sister is somebody who will make fun of you more than anybody else, but you know that if somebody else said something negative about you, your sister would stand up for you,” Sophia added.
